Since Erika joined the Waters and Company team she's made an impact on a number of clients. She's particularly proud of her work on the opening of the Nicholas Academic Center, the Justice for Homicide Victims annual memorial ceremony.
Before joining Waters and Company, Erika worked as a reporter at The Orange County Register. Her background in journalism helps her communicate directly with the media and know their specific needs and deadlines.
She graduated from Wellesley College where she earned a bachelor's degree in English and Italian Studies. She was also a teaching assistant in the Writing Department and a bilingual tutor, assisting with reading, writing and math.
Erika speaks English, Spanish and conversational Italian. She is a National Hispanic Scholar, A Better Chance Scholar and is a member of the Orange County Press Club, CWLA, Orange County Young Republicans and the Public Relations Society of America.
